PetAdorn is committed to fast and careful shipping. Currently PetAdorn ships via
USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to all destinations in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Time
Shipping
daily from Monday through Friday (holiday excluded).
Orders placed before approximately 12:30pm PST will be shipped following
day if all items are in stock and the customer has correctly provided
the necessary information. Typically Orders will be processed within 24-72 hours after payment is received and cleared.
Orders placed in evenings, weekends, or
holidays will be shipped the following business day.
When an order is shipped, PetAdorn will send the customer an e-mail confirming the shipment and containing the tracking number(s) of the package(s). To track your packages click on the
previous link that corresponds to your shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Flat rate shipping of $5.00 and FREE shipping when order reached $60.00 via the USPS priority.
As for other shipping methods, to calculate the cost of shipping, add all desired products to your
shopping cart, choose your preferred shipping method and enter your zip
code in the shipping calculator.
Return and Exchange
PetAdorn stands behind every product. Our customers will not stuck with a
product/item that doesn't meet your expectation.
All of our products are 100 percent authentic in-house designed and tailored to fit your precious companions.
In most cases, returns can be avoided with proper measurement. We have added several charts throughout this site to guide you to find the right size
. To avoid extra shipping charges and the long waiting of having to wait for a replacement, please do measure your companion before purchase.
All returns/exchanges can only be given if your item is found to be faulty due to workmanship of the item, not as described or the wrong items has been sent.
Products that require a refund will need to be returned in
original wrap and
un-used condition with
traceable package within 14 days after your purchase.
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs that may incurred (including ship back to us and cost to re-ship your replacement).
Upon receipt the return package, a suitable replacement agreed by the customer, or the same item or an item to an equal value will be offered of customer's choice.
